Very friendly staff that truly cares about animals. Dr. Pippin will be very upfront with you about his concerns and recommended course of action. The staff have called a couple of days after every visit to follow-up and make sure recovery is going well.

Can not say enough good things about this veterinary clinic and its staff. We have had to use them for urgent matters and routine and all have been handled with exceptional care and attention to detail for our 3 dogs. Provider tends to be on the more conservative approach and prices were always reasonable and forthcoming which we appreciated. I loved that they tend to book one at a time, so your pet gets lots of individual attention and won’t be alarmed or anxious by so many other animals in the clinic. I just can’t say enough good things about this clinic and its staff. For sure the best in Central Texas. Grateful for the love and care you’ve always given our animals!

We just recently moved to Waco area. I have a 14 1/2 year old dog that has basically always gone to the same vet back home. Switching veterinarians is very nerve wracking and very scary to me as the old veterinarian had ALL of his records, knew his medical history very well and someone that had gained our trust.
