Dentist make me nervous and I don’t know why that is but they do and they always have. Called and got an appt. They sent me paperwork and filled it out online to save time when I arrived. Had to wait about 20 minutes passed the appt time because they were waiting on the insurance verification, no biggie I understood I mean I didn’t have any other place to be. When they took the X-rays and then told me what was wrong and what had to be done I was overwhelmed. I didn't know what my cost was going to be even with the insurance. The assistants and dentist were really good to work with. They were patient with my mom. They explained the procedures in great detail. She felt comfortable.
