They're taking care of my grandmother and they don't know what to do. The nurse yourself said she's not equipped to do any of this stuff that my grandmother needs. And you call the person in charge for Waco texas. And she says that it was not true. The nurses are not equipped to take care of the patients. But they keep sending them and expect them to do what they are not used to doing. Me personally I don't care for them.

I hope I have the correct Accen Care This is for the Wound Care Nurses. Me and my family would like to thank all the Nurses , with special Gratitude for KeKe and Sarah for taking care of my Mother's wound at such an uncertain time in her life. These ppl are FAKE and snooty stuck on themselves. First off taking me FOREVER to finally get home health. I was approved for 3 hrs a day. And these ppl short on staff gave me 1 hr only came out 3 times. The rest more worried about taking pictures and not cleaning.At first I thought the worker was really wanting to get things done. Well I allowed them to take pictures of my home and they dropped me because they said my home is hazardous to the aid. The aid brought my outside trash can inside my house. I was looked down upon they didn't want to touch anything of mine. They made me feel like I was trash and better than me because way Im forced to live. Im disabled... read full review
