I took my cat in today to get a little haircut and he became a demon with murder claws coming out of anesthesia....boy he was rough...took 3 people to get him contained LOL to say I felt horrible is an understatement but let me tell you everyone there was absolutely amazing and caring and so so sweet from now on my babies will ONLY ever go here. They were so understanding and showed so much care it was so wonderful. They don't treat your baby like a paycheck they genuinely care and understand that that's your baby. Could not ask for better. They listened when I told them I didn't want certain things and didn't even try to push it they just accepted it. That right there… read full review
My girl had a minor surgery this morning and I couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they even accommodated my visit into 1 due to my 2 1/2 hr drive. All of my questions were answered, all worries laid to rest. Doc did a excellent job and couldn't recommend this clinic more. I will continue to make the drive not on for the affordable prices but the people that made our visit the absolute best outcome All the way around.
My only complaint is I wish she would have been alittle more aggressive towards getting my dog better sooner than what we are and yeah who am I to tell her her business, well in the guy with the sick dog but in my eyes he's way more than just a dog ok! I'll leave it at that ok, I do appreciate how she did a really good job while keeping the prices reasonably down, I thank her for that for sure but I mean God willing there's next payday and he and I will go back and see about getting it all straight.
Everyone there was very nice though, they made the experience very pleasant.
