“I took my cat in today to get a little haircut and he became a demon with murder claws coming out of anesthesia....boy he was rough...took 3 people to get him contained LOL to say I felt horrible is an understatement but let me tell you everyone there was absolutely amazing and caring and so so sweet from now on my babies will ONLY ever go here. They were so understanding and showed so much care it was so wonderful. They don't treat your baby like a paycheck they genuinely care and understand that that's your baby. Could not ask for better. They listened when I told them I didn't want certain things and didn't even try to push it they just accepted it. That right there says it all. No one knows my animals better than me and they understand that and my crazy concerns. ABOVE AND BEYOND. Thank yall”
