Our ac went out for the second time this summer, while under heat advisory. We called someone we’ve used before but couldn’t get a tech out. I called Victoria ac ltd and had two techs at my house within the hour. They showed up, confirmed it was what I thought it was. Fixed it, walked me through what they did AND showed me how to fix it next time. Louis Flores(I’m not sure who the other tech was) were great, and honest. I cannot say how grateful I am for the work they did. While I know how to fix this small issue, if I ever need my ac fixed in the future I definitely will be sticking with yall!
