Began seeing Kathleen Parma a little over a year ago as my primary care Dr. All is well, and I am very pleased. She is very thorough, and aswers all my questions. Also very informative, wirh a proactive approach, explaining all things in detail, as well as making it easy for me to understand. Wonderful physician, and the interest of her patients is definitely a priority.

The staff is always very sweet and helpful. When I’ve ever called with questions, they’ve always gotten back with me. My primary care doctor is Kathleen Parma and I just love her. I’m a scaredy-cat when it comes to going to the doctor and she ALWAYS makes me feel at ease

Yes, it's a busy office and I have had to wait a few extra minutes from an appointment time, but this practice goes above and beyond in the care for their patients. Communication is good, the staff is friendly, and the practitioners are knowledgeable and professional, but also compassionate and take time to listen to their patients, valuing the input received. Not every experience is going to be perfect, but they do their best.
