I called toucan and very quickly jared a employee showed up to inspect my home.He was courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough when accessing the damage not only on the roof but the entire property. “Michael came recommended by my backyard neighbor. Our insurance company rejected our claim that was submitted by another roofer. The insurance company was way off base and it did not help that the roofer we originally chose lacked professionalism when it came to dealing with the insurance company and adjuster.
