Before contacting Willie Mccoy with Showtime Exteriors, we had our roof inspected by 2 other roofing companies. We were informed that the slate tiles on our roof were defective and no longer manufactured; they pretty much said our insurance company would deny any claim.
I cannot say enough about Showtime Exteriors and their employees. When Willie McCoy came to inspect our roof, he also brought Duston Hamilton, who was a former insurance adjuster. They researched for over 2 weeks to determine if we could possibly file a warranty claim against the manufacturer of the slate tiles.
