I purchased a home in January. The seller had a new roof installed in December. Imagine my surprise (and elation) when the Realtor informed me that this roofing company, Heath Roofing, was allowing us to choose the color of the shingles (even though the closing had not yet occurred)! Also, after we moved in, we discovered some soffit and cornice issues. I contacted Heath Clay (owner). He was very concerned and within a few days, they came out to my home and fixed my issues. Clay informed me that the issues were actually due to the builder's design...but, even so, they took care of it.
