There are no words to describe Phil.. well maybe.. he is extraordinary! I met him while selling my first home, was going thru divorce and was a difficult time for me, he made the process smooth and left a lifetime good impression, as soon as I was ready to buy my second home I gave him a call and he helped me to find the house of my dreams and even referred me to the loan officer I needed in order to get it! Phil was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us find the right home. He took care of the complex things that go with buying a home and made several excellent referrals for services we would need. He is friendly, considerate, and honest. You will not regret working with him.
