There are no words to describe Phil.. well maybe.. he is extraordinary! I met him while selling my first home, was going thru divorce and was a difficult time for me, he made the process smooth and left a lifetime good impression, as soon as I was ready to buy my second home I gave him a call and he helped me to find the house of my dreams and even referred me to the loan officer I needed in order to get it!
