Had my solar system previously installed in 2007 replaced and updated by Rudy and his crew last month. We had used a different contractor initially but they did not understand our needs and were not readily available to discuss design options. I found Wright -Way and had Rudy consult on what I thought I wanted. He offered several design solutions that I wasn’t even aware were available and which met our needs perfectly. Importantly he was readily accessible to answer questions and keep me updated on their installation schedule. When the day came for the replacement of our existing system their crew worked efficiently and were a pleasure to interact with. They answered all my questions and got the job done in a couple days and cleaned up in an exemplary manner. This is the best experience I’ve had with a contractor AND work crew. Our system was not designed to replace all our energy needs but was to supplement and provide back up electricity for power outages. Nonetheless our electric bill dropped over 30% last month which is impressive considering the short days , cloudy weather and our trees which block some of our panels part of the day. I especially enjoy the app on my phone which allows me to monitor our system no matter where I am and provide real time data on solar production , energy usage, state of battery charge, etc etc. I should also mention the front office. When you call you get a human being. A pleasant and friendly one. Who answers your question and efficiently directs your call. This is a concept that I wish the rest of the world would implement. Another example of Wright-Way’s cutting edge technology. In short , Wright -Way is THE way to go for your green energy needs.
