Nothing short of a disaster, I definitely need therapy but will not go to UT health as they cannot communicate and coordinate the schedules, my first visit was only a phone call of what time and the address but when I got there I was completely lost because the message on my chart was not sent, I was early in arriving and waited awhile before I got anyone’s attention, will not Bo back!

Had experience with both the Cardiac Rehab unit (9 weeks, 27 visits), and the ER. Both departments were excellent. Staff were attentive, thorough, friendly and really seemed to have my best interests at heart. Questions were answered & time was taken, to insure I was well informed of treatments and any recommended follow-up. Highly recommend..

Loved the therapists Bret and Shannon. They were great. They both focus on your needs to get physically better and meet you goals. Love Annemarie. I give them a 10.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at the Henderson outpatient rehabilitation. C a s e y is beyond caring, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional! In all my years of having to have physical therapy, this is by far the best, most successful therapy I've ever had.

All the workers was very kind and helpful to get me back on my feet when they see me today they speak and ask how's my working on my own working for me

Seeing how I am currently having a horrible experience with the Physical Therapy department at the UT Health Olympic Plaza... I'd say this is a poor timed email from you guys. Why does it feel like pulling teeth just to get scheduled for a second round PT sessions (12) when I have insurance paying yall thousands of dollars, a doctor (Devinney?) saying I need more PT, as well as my therapist knowing I need more PT?! There is literally money on the table to be made off of me, and I can't even get you guys to get your stuff together. I 100% feel like my recovery process is completely on yals time-line of convenience and NOT the patient's time. It's a helpless feeling and is honestly a bit pathetic. Needless to say, but nonetheless, I will not refer anyone to you guys. You guys do need to know that Felix is actually a good PT, but my overall experience with the clinic outside of him has been garbage.
