They were super busy, but moved the customers thru the line with courtesy and friendliness. There was a young lady from another brand of cosmetics that stepped in to help me find and buy the foundation I was needing by going to the back and retrieving the stock from the back
Kae B. was a lifesaver for my 13 year old daughter. She walked her through a skin care routine and gave her so much good advice about how to care for her skin. Kae was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. We will definitely be back. It’s over an hour from where we live and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
My daughter and I went to Ulta in Tyler TX. The staff was very helpful and courteous.. our only complaint was our Credit Card was charged after we used it there… this was the only place we used the credit card and the next day we had a 3,000.00 dollar charge for a place in New York for some tickets! Someone there switch the machines with a bogus one and used our card… please people check the machines before you scan your card!!?? if the machines comes apart after you move it around it’s a fake one ..
