Ok the staff is wonderful i would get upset sometimes about things but couldn't stay mad the maintenance is always on top of things office girls are really nice and helpful i hope it's ok i called you girls I'm getting olddddd i miss my apartment ? i just recently moved out I'm hoping one day i can get my place back thank you ?

Sterling Republic Inc. has been the best property management company that I have rented with by far. Victoria & Marcie are very attentive & understanding to the residents of the properties. Also the maintenance requests are fixed as soon as possible without having to constantly remind them. Overall, I’m very pleased with the property & the property management & highly recommend them to anyone.

They are very well kept apartments. Ours was freshly painted and very clean when we moved in. They give you the replacement filters for the heater/ac in the unit every few months when it is time to replace it. Not a lot of noise comes through from our neighbors on either side of our apartment. The apartment itself is fairly spacious and each room is decent sized. Our unit also came with washer/dryer hookups. The owners and management are awesome and do a great job of keeping residenta informed. Definitely plan on living here for several years.
