THE BEST! I worked with Steamatic to have them come clean the carpets in the college I work at. They did an AMAZING job! They were super patient with the time it takes to process a contract, they stayed in contact until I could finally move forward with their services. The crew that showed up to do the work were respectful, clean, took great care of our furniture and things, and really just did an outstanding job. We had to change a testing date last minute which conflicted, so they guys pivoted to do another floor of the building and come back after testing so the noise was quiet for test takers. Edgar was professional and all about doing his best work! I was absolutely pleased! Donna, the person I spoke with when I booked my appointment went out of her way to make sure my experience was perfect. I can’t thank them enough for their service and friendship!! I’m 75 and probably want need their service again, but they are the very best!!!!
