Rico can be a bit crazy, but Kaitlyn handled him with such patience, kindness, and professionalism. When I picked him up, he looked better than ever—perfectly groomed, super soft, and clearly feeling great. Our groomer moved, we tried out snobby dogs, and they did not disappoint! Kaitlyn made our Lucy beautiful- we already set an appointment for next month, we found a new groomer and she's fantastic! Thank you Katlyn!

I was very skeptical because the reviews aren’t top rated but most of them are at least a yr old so I decided to try for myself and I’m so glad that I did. Ava did an amazing job on my 5mon old cocker spaniel who is new to grooming and full of wiggles. The price and quality of service is top notch. We have definitely found our grooming family.
