I would like to say that Dr. Douglas was absolutely AMAZING! However, Some of the staff not so pleasant! Customer service etiquette is very essential when working in such profession! It doesn’t matter what the circumstances are your words should be chosen carefully when communicating with patient. You NEVER tell a patient or customer what they NEED to do when it comes to an issue they are having. Working in customer service arena for the government over 25 years I have always approached and communicated as if the customer was right rather they were wrong or not! When you lose patients you lose money. Unnecessary deformation for the wonderful doctors is so unfair due to rude customer/patient service. If you can stand the rudeness then Dr Douglas is the BEST!
