Friendly staff, friendly members, clean facilities! Joined when I was pregnant with my second child and worked out with a trainer until a couple weeks before I delivered. They gave great advice and adjustments to my workout as pregnancy progressed and I felt so much healthier and in better shape than I did during and after my first pregnancy. I continued working out once I returned to the gym. I’ve lost 35lbs since I got back to my pre pregnancy weight, feeling great and enjoy being at the gym!
