This is the second time that we had water damage in our commercial office space in downtown Tyler. ProClean has been the only positive thing about that whole experience. The team goes above and beyond and is extremely responsive to showing up when it matters. They continuously check in on the project while their equipment is on site and are even willing to come in on Saturdays for some of the work needed to accommodate our business hours. I highly recommend them!

We had a fantastic experience with Pro Clean. They arrived 10 minutes early, which we really appreciated, and did an excellent job cleaning our white couch. Jason was professional, kind, and an incredibly hard worker. The results were better than we expected, and our couch looks great again. ProClean did such an amazing job on my carpets and rugs! They were super friendly, showed up on time, and worked fast but carefully.
