This is obvious by our dogs reactions when we get them back as well as drop them off. We use their overnight boarding service and always get them groomed at the end. “We’ve used Bark Avenue for 7 years with three different dogs and a cat. Their rates are fair and they treat our animals wonderfully. One dog is super chill and loves playtime with other dogs. Other dog is not so friendly, but loved walking around outdoors for exercise. The other dog was small with lots of pills/health problems and grooming needs but they accommodated for him every time and he had a great stay. I like that they can put the dogs together so they don’t get lonely. I’ve never worried about any of my animals in their care. Grooming services have been great for all three dogs. They always come home tired and happy. Only complaint is that they do such a good job, you might need to book out in advance for at least grooming but they have been able to accommodate us on boarding on non-holiday weekends in a pinch. No complaints on the customer service and the facility is always clean“
