I am a current customer, and while they do a good job and the pests are gone, I feel their customer service could use some work. I paid my monthly fee but had to call them to schedule my mosquito service. I originally called because my husband said they never pulled out, but upon looking, they did, and he just didn't notice. They were paid for a week, and I never got a call. They are also routinely late for appointments, including the first one. After the first appointment, I was supposed to get a call in 2 weeks to check on an ant problem outside, but I never received it, and it was never brought up again. Lanes Pest Control are honest, reliable, thorough, trustworthy and provide great customer service... Eric of Lane Pest control was very thorough in assessing our needs. He has been treating our apartment complex for a year now and is very professional, on time and explains our needs well.

Was having a problem with sugar ants and called Lane Pest Control. Eric came and we set up a contract for regular service. Eric is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained there was a big problem this year and that they were coming in looking for water. We had to have him out again and he was very nice about being called back and sprayed inside and out again to assure we didn't have anymore issues, and we haven't! Eric, is friendly, and very respectable. Lane Pest Control's services are fairly priced and I can't recommend them but especially Eric enough!
