My wife and I were both New Patients here this week. We were pleased that we could each have comprehensive appointments (including X-Rays, gentle yet thorough tooth cleaning by hygienist, then examination by Dr. Luke) within a few days of our requests. The cost for this was very reasonable w/o insurance. While we were a bit leary of coming here due to several reviews we read, we were very happy with our initial experience.
The front desk staff lack training and customer service. My daughter sat in a room waiting for the dentist to come talk to us. We were the last ones left in the building and they forgot about us. Not impressed!
The wait time is pretty long even when showing up early for an appointment, but the dentists are great as well as the assistants. I’ve never had any problems with my son when we’re there.
