We highly recommend Ian Suddath to anyone looking to buy a home! We first tried to buy a little over a year ago, but unfortunately things didn’t work out at the time. When we reached back out this year, Ian jumped right in and helped us find our forever home. Derek Martin, the guy is a professional. And better yet he appears to be one of those rarities -- a human being with compassion, intelligence and a wonderful sense of humor. What more could you want from a professional when you're trying to sell hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of property? The humor thing alone is worth the cost of admission. Or perhaps not if you're a robot disguised as a human being. If this is the case, I suspect there are literally hundreds of agents who will give you a transactional experience only, absent of meaningful human connection (see Martin Buber for more).
