10! Haley Dyer was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my Botox appointment. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate the care she provided and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I had such a great experience! Malynn Thomas was my Esthetician, and she was amazing. I received a Hydrafacial and laser hair removal, and she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough throughout both services. The Hydrafacial was hands down the best facial I’ve ever had. My skin felt so refreshed and looked amazing afterward!
The front desk staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in and made me feel comfortable right away. I went during their July Black Friday sale, so it was a very busy day, but everything was organized and ran so smoothly. Everyone was kind, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable.
