Collin called prior to the appointment to confirm his early arrival which was great. He explained the service he was going to perform and asked if we had questions or concerns about any pests that have appeared since the last service. We advise him of what has occurred and he addressed it immediately with a professional explanation. He gets five stars for being on time and providing quality customer service with a smile.
