HearingLife of Tyler, TX, is a professional and dedicated hearing healthcare provider that prioritizes individual needs. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with a gentle and caring approach. They notify patients when warranties are running out and the lady conducting the test was very nice and very thorough. The facility is well-equipped and offers a range of hearing aids at various price points, with flexible financing options. They took excellent care of patients, and cleaned hearing aids to make them look brand new. This is an amazing experience, they walk you through everything and you leave being able to hear. HearingLife helps more people hear better.
I brought my friend to get her hearing tested and then get her hearing aids. I got to witness the entire experience, and Dr. Lowery was fantastic. He is personal, communicative, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I would assign 10 stars if it were possible. Thank you for serving your clients so well, Hearing Life.
Stopped by at 11:50 am as senior friend needs his hearing aids cleaned. Sign says closed. No hours posted outside. No note on when back. Google maps says open all day. We live 30 miles away. Fail.
Update: Just assume they may be closed between 11:45-1 every day. No one answers the phone either. I’m not even sure what the local number is.
But, giving 5 stars because we asked how we could clean the hearing aids at home, and they gave us some domes and filters for free and told us what to do.

Dr Sean was amazing! He was so understanding and thorough, kind and did not rush. He made me feel comfortable about talking about my hearing frustrations. It was a very pleasant visit.
