Great great experience.....I was having a hard time explaining the cut I wanted because I went from shoulder length to a very short pixie. The first lady who came to assist me asked a colleague who took over and helped. She started slow and asked lots of questions to ensure it's what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and kind and even switched razors as she could tell I was a little uncomfortable with the pulling. I would highly suggest this location for a good haircut at a good price. I traveled from Palestine tx to Tyler. We do have a great clips but there reviews are so bad I didn't want to risk it.

I was in town visiting and had never been to this Great Clips location before. I usually go to Great Clips to have my hair curled for special events like weddings, and this was my third time overall. This time, the store owner styled my hair, and it was hands down the best my hair has ever looked.
My hair was big, poofy, and gorgeous—which is not easy to achieve with fine, thin hair—and it stayed all night. I was extremely impressed.
