Dr. Phelps provided excellent care for my elderly mother. From the moment we arrived, he was kind, patient, and genuinely attentive to her needs. He took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we both understood her condition and treatment options. What really stood out was his wonderful sense of humor, which helped put my mom at ease and made the entire visit much more comfortable. It’s clear that he truly cares about his patients and treats them with respect and compassion. We are very grateful for the outstanding care he provided and highly recommend Dr. Phelps to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring foot doctor.

Dr. Phelps has helped me tremendously with debilitating foot pain. After spending 2 years seeing podiatrists in the Christus system and never having anything done there to help me,they would prescribe oral steroids and sell you footwear products. On the very first appointment I had with Dr.Phelps,he helped me more in that one appointment than all the podiatrists I saw at Christus combined. If you are having plantar fasciitis,Achilles Tendonitis or other foot pain make an appointment with Foot Clinic of East Texas and see Dr. Phelps,your feet will get much needed relief

This was truly a lively experience! The entire staff was warm and welcoming and DR Phelps was very personable and professional. I was taken to an exam room as soon as I arrived and was treated and gone in 25 minutes. I have used three other podiatrists in East Texas over the last 5 years and this experience was the best by far. Highly recommend them.
