First, Rob is not the typical roofer. That's a good thing. He isn't a salesman. When he came by my house to give an estimate for repairing a storm damaged roof, he didn't give me any type of sales pitch. He assessed the damage and said that the insurance company actually rounded up for the number of shingles that would be needed. He is very down to earth and straight forward. The quality of the finished product by his lead guy has held up under the scrutiny of the heavy rains of May and June. Rob is one of those people you genuinely enjoy working with—easy to talk to, thoughtful, and incredibly professional. From start to finish, the experience with Evergreen felt different—in the best way. Honestly, they’re not just one of the top roofing companies in Tyler, they’re one of the best businesses in town, hands down.
I called Rob yesterday about a leak, he was able to fit me in the next day to come look at it. He arrived on time and was very professional about everything and gave us tips on what to do and not do! We highly recommend him for all your roofing needs!!
