We’re based in San Antonio and recently needed on-site support for a client in Tyler, TX after one of our access control devices was damaged. I reached out to ETV Software and spoke with Tana, who was incredibly helpful and professional from the start.
They coordinated a technician to handle the install of the replacement device, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Their team charged a fair rate, didn’t tack on any extra trip fees, and most importantly, the technician they sent did a fantastic job. Our client had nothing but great things to say—he was friendly, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the visit.
The folks at ETV are freakin awesome. They saved both a laptop and a desk top that had been hacked and held for ransome. They solved the issue and saved my content on both devices. Thank you so much.

I just needed an SD card formatted but they did it while I waited & didn't charge me anything! Very nice people to deal with ~ I will definitely use them in the future & refer them to anyone needing their services.
