Luther, the ETR tech had my a/c up and running in no time. I needed a new fan motor. He was informative and courteous but no pressure. I could tell he was giving me an honest assessment. I'll call ETR for any other a/c need and when I need to have a new unit. Impressive!

The ETR HVAC Technician named Vincent who serviced my Trane AC today was top notch. He explained all of the issues to me and corrected the problem. I hope he comes back next time I need service.

Cody was amazing, he came right in and fixed the issue. Did some cleaning up and made sure he did the best he could with the AC. He also informed me of some issues and made me aware of them. Thank you so much, they are very good at what they do! Thanks again Cody!
