I went to the So Broadway location to apply for a loan. I was very nervous as it had been such a long time since I had applied for a loan. The staff there quickly put me at ease. They were friendly and efficient while Michelle handled my application. She took great pains to put me at ease and explain each step we needed to take to proceed. I would highly recommend this location and staff to anyone considering applying for a loan

I am extremely pleased with Covington Credit,not only has it been helping me build my credit which I desperately need help with.I also have been able to get an increase when I hit a family emergency unexpectedly,I had no other resources and with times being tough it was really a sense of relief that with one phone call Corina was quick to reassure me with a " Yes! We indeed can help you,how soon can you come into the office!!

The staff was great. Angela was especially helpful. Great people skills and answered all my questions and needs, very professional. It's not very often you see people like her. You can tell she loves her job and what she does on a daily basis.
