I normally come to get my eyebrows threaded once a month and I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for years. But when I went to get them done this time the lady (who is not the normal lady who does them) was VERY rough she ended up breaking the thread twice while doing my eyebrows because she was so heavy handed. I have multiple cuts from where she was yanking the hair out and my eyebrows are noticeably not proportional at all. I will not be coming back unless the original lady is there.

On Saturday my daughter and I went and got eyebrows and face threaded, waxed we had great service! I walked away with my face red and inflamed and my skin missing! I definitely will not be going back.

I went in with thick eyebrows and asked for a touch up… she left me with thin eyebrows. I’m devastated… how does a touch up turn into my whole eyebrows being threaded! I used to love coming here and the lady that used to work there was amazing.
