Called and had a tech within 30 minutes! The gentleman they sent was awesome too. He explained everything to me and did a great job and has a great attitude when though it was hot in the attic.
Our Aire Serv repair man had to come about 25 miles on a Saturday evening - it only took him about 30 minutes to get here. He fixed our AC problem with my husband watching & explained everything he was doing & why. He was VERY polite & respectful. He also said if it did not cool to where we wanted he would come back the next day for free. Thank you Aire Serv for all of your help over the last 12 years.
Cody was professional, corrected my understanding of how split units work (very helpful) and fixed my unit fairly and a good price. Did not feel like I was getting oversold anything. I'll ask for him next time I need y'all.
