Called and had a tech within 30 minutes! The gentleman they sent was awesome too. He explained everything to me and did a great job and has a great attitude when though it was hot in the attic.

Our Aire Serv repair man had to come about 25 miles on a Saturday evening - it only took him about 30 minutes to get here. He fixed our AC problem with my husband watching & explained everything he was doing & why. He was VERY polite & respectful. He also said if it did not cool to where we wanted he would come back the next day for free. Thank you Aire Serv for all of your help over the last 12 years.

Couldn't be happier! I just ret'd home from vacation last night to find my AC wasn't working. It was 93 degrees inside my house, and after 7 pm on a Sunday, but was so happy to find their website lets you make an appt online! The technician was here at 8:30 this morning! He fixed everything and it feels wonderful already. I'm really impressed. Would highly recommend!!

While the techs were great, the lack of communication with the office and coverage was extremely disappointing. We have had several positive experiences with Aire Serv but recently had a warranty job on our unit that is only 8 months old. The evaporator coil failed and leaked out the refrigerant. I had to call to find out when the parts would be in and no one at any point told us that we would have to pay for refrigerant. We were told the job would be covered 100% under warranty. It was not until the technician completed the job that we were told we owed $724 in refrigerant. This was extremely disappointing and a complete shock. While we were trying to get a hold of our builder to figure out what we needed to do, the technician was instructed to remove the refrigerant from our unit. This was a total of 20 minutes between the technician asking for payment and our builder completing his call with Aire Serv to get answers. We felt as though we were being treated as criminals. It clearly states on the air serve website that every single aspect of a unit failure within the one year warranty is covered. Regardless, if that is your policy or not, it should’ve been communicated upfront prior to any work being done that we would owe anything at all. We were met with passive aggressive responses, and a lack of empathy. My communication with the technician was always positive and not upset in any way. I simply wanted answers before I made payment. Removing the refrigerant in a 20 minute timeframe while I tried to get answers from my builder was shocking and embarrassing. As I said before, we have had several very positive experiences with the Aire Serv technicians, and response times. However, this situation escalated beyond the point that it should have and was severely lacking in communication.
