I rarely write reviews unless a service or product is exceptional. In this case it was. My iPhone was not charging due to a problem with the charging port. I called around and got quotes from $120 to $140 to replace the port. However, Alex at 5 Star Cell Repair on Broadway suggested a cleaning procedure for $10, but only if it worked. It did. He could have easily talked me into replacing the port for $120, and I would have had no clue.

Our iPad is like new again! Mark and his team fixed a badly cracked screen and replaced a battery—and did it in record time. We were spared the expense of having to buy a brand new iPad. We will definitely be recommending Mark and his services to everyone!
