Highly, highly, highly recommend. Been through many frustrating and even destructive home repairs. EXL came when they said they would (imagine that!) and did what they said they would do(Imagine that!) They were efficient, kind, and considerate. They brought joy to our lives instead of Terror, as some others had done. Thank you EXL. Will definitely call on them again!!!
We needed more space for our growing family, 3 kids, 2 dogs, and my mother-in-law moved in last year So we started looking into adding an ADU out back and a buddy told me about EXL. I was kinda nervous to even start cause I've never done anything like this before, but RJ and his crew made it way easier than I expected.
They helped us figure out the layout, permits, even small things like where to put windows for better light.

I had a very positive experience working with EXL Extreme Line Construction on a 1 bed / 1 bath ADU build, along with a full home addition that reconfigured and opened up our existing floor plan.
RJ was great to work with throughout the process. He is reasonable, responsive, and clearly committed to getting the job done right. He and his team are hard working and followed through on the scope as documented and discussed.
As with any construction project, it is important to be clear and decisive about what you want. If you can communicate your vision effectively, RJ will execute and deliver on it.
