Windows Installation in Tomball

The only thing I feel I need to say for anyone else overwhelmed in window research that this might help to think about- I would look into understanding the color tint on the glass (low e?). I assume it’s a necessary part of the energy efficiency feature of the windows but our house is now blue-tinted on the inside. Especially when open you can see it’s very blue and darker than natural light coming through clear glass. At least the NT vinyl presidential hung windows we got. It is like our house has sunglasses on. We just chose paint colors and flooring throughout the entire house based on the lighting we had before the window replacement and now everything looks a completely different tone with the blue hue and it’s significantly darker inside our house which is a real bummer so just factor that in if that is something that matters to you! Natural light and views matter a lot to me and I am used to clear single pane where you can look outside and it actually looks like what you'd see if you were outside. If that is you just keep that in mind. They also are very black from the outside and you can’t see inside the house from the outside (pros and cons to that feature depending on your preference) if you have them next to an existing glass door or window you are keeping it will look very different. I’ll attach pictures. No problem at all with the actual quality just thought if share if it helps anyone choosing a window type. It is a very big investment that you don’t want to regret. I’m guessing most windows these days are like this though, so I may not have had another option. I’m sure they will do a great job with the summer heat and we will appreciate that feature in other ways! Not at all their fault that we are disappointed with the tint, that is 100% on us for not checking, I just wish I had known to ask questions and do my research!
