“I contacted DeSola because we had a bad shower glass installation by another company that we lived with for about 4 years until one of the hinges fell off! Dayle had his crew come the next day to assess and remove the door for safety. He wasn't sure if it could be repaired or have to be replaced. We thought for sure that at least part of the glass would have to be removed and replaced. To our amazement, the guys were able to remove the door, adjust the door placement and re-install within less than an hour. No additional charge- just the trip charge that he quoted. They listened to what we wanted and made recommendations to help fit our budget and goals. I would say their price was reasonable. I got 3 bids, and theirs fell in the middle. They responded to our concerns in reasonable time frame. There were a couple of minor issues, but they worked to address them. One of the things I really appreciate is that after the job was done and they were gone, when I call, they responded. Anytime you invest in that kind of purchase it matters if the installer responds to your concerns and addresses them no matter how small.“
