I was fully convinced I needed a new charging port installed on my iPhone. I went in explaining this. After plugging it in he knew right away it just needed to be cleaned. He cleaned it pulling a decent amount of pocket lint out. I was good to go in a matter of minutes.

My daughter's phone was repaired in May, and then it messed up. Verizon made me drive to the Tomball location, even though it was an hour away. When I arrived, I was informed it would be around 4 or 5, and it was my first and only day off after a 6-day work week of 72 hours. I was exhausted, and Isaiah was so helpful and repaired it for me quickly. I am super appreciative of his kindness.s.

Took my phone in for a broken screen. Aldon was real helpful and actually helped me with my claim. Turns out I took my phone to the wrong store but he helped me fix that issue in a matter of minutes. The repair took less than 2 hours. I went to do some quick errands and got the call that my phone was ready. My screen is repaired and working perfectly. Overall great experience
