I have not used my laptop in about 2 years because it was loading super slow. I decided upon this business because of the good reviews and proximity to my home. I was not disappointed. My service was top tier. They informed me of the issues and the services they could provide to improve my laptop after the initial diagnostics. I highly recommend this business. They saved me from purchasing another laptop.

My laptop crashed on a Sunday night. I had a Wednesday deadline, googled for repair on Monday morning and, luckily, got JPC Laptop & Cell Phone Repair. The manager, Eddie Herrera, went above and beyond to solve my problem. Eddie communicated clearly and frequently. I got the machine back Tuesday afternoon. Recommended.
