“Tide does an amazing job on my clothes and I would give 5 stars but I don’t understand why they charge me to bring my clothes in the big orange bag. I bought the bag several years ago when I started using them as my go to dry cleaner. You would think it would make everything easier for them if my clothes came in my bag with a name tag that has all my information. So why the charge? I realize it’s a very small fee but why?“

I went to pick up my shirts for an important event, but the store was closed despite their posted hours indicating they should have been open. However, they called me back and explained that the person in charge had a family emergency, and they offered to open later on the day for me to pick up my clothes.“
