Tide does an amazing job on my clothes and I would give 5 stars but I don’t understand why they charge me to bring my clothes in the big orange bag. I bought the bag several years ago when I started using them as my go to dry cleaner. You would think it would make everything easier for them if my clothes came in my bag with a name tag that has all my information. So why the charge? I realize it’s a very small fee but why?
Tomball location is the best location in the greater Houston area! Friendly staff. Always get it done right and correct the mistakes that other locations miss. Highly recommend this location.
They did a good job of cleaning the items and the customer service was wonderful, but I won’t use this company again. I thought their prices were pretty high and if I’m gonna spend that kind of money I would rather support a local business.
