Truly an amazing veterinarian clinic!!! I would never take a pet anywhere else. Recommended my sister and she loves them to!! They helped me through putting my dog down. Truly caring people!!

The staff is great and very caring even in the roughest of situations. The staff was understanding and talked me through all the decisions that were needed to be made and the steps that were about to occur. They loved my pets like they were their own and I am truly thankful for that.

Northpointe and staff always respect our feelings and wishes with our animals healthcare. Recently, they took us in 30 minutes to closing because our old girl had an accident. They evaluated her, gave us all the options and the honest truth… At this point it was after closing and we decided the best option for our family was to send our old girl over the rainbow bridge. They never once rushed us, they gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye, all the cuddles, tons of tissues, and space we needed. They stayed open (and patient) for our family to say goodbye.
