Excellent and superior work done by Glance Inspection located in Tomball, Tx. We used he service for a home purchase. The thorough and detailed inspection done in every area of the house was outstanding. The written report Glance Inspection provided not only detailing area of no concerns but more importantly trouble areas and potential risk. It is the result of this repot that allow us to successfully negotiated with Seller for a repair settlement. Bravo and impressive work done by the Glance Inspection Team.

I am a first time home buyer and was glad to get my new house inspected by Jason. He offered to go over the report with me and answered any questions I had. The first home I got inspected by Jason ended up having a lot of problems. A few weeks later we found another house and got it inspected by him as well. It did need a new roof and had a few other issues but because of the report we were able to negotiate with the seller. Thanks Jason!
