“I placed an order all the way from Germany for my mother in law. The guy was very attentive. I accidentally gave the wrong address but the guy still found the address with out delays. I had to pay extra for some chocolates but it’s understandable that to get them it costs the company time and resources to make it happen. In the end it wasn’t a big difference compared to going to the store. I felt as if I was in the US making the order directly. No fuss, no problems just good old service. My client loved them so much that she sent a picture, and boy did Mary (& her designer) EXCEED my expectations. I also wanted greenery to brake up the look and give it dimension. Lastly, I made sure to ask her to keep the bouquet an average size. She did an AMAZING job bringing my idea to life! Absolutely came through with a beautiful arrangement that the family loved and appreciated. I know now why the ratings were so high. Although Susana was concerned about having enough flowers due Valentine’s Day activities, she delivered a gorgeous arrangement. The pictures are not nearly as beautiful as the final product.“
