I had called a couple other flower shops around lunch and they were not going to be able to deliver the same day to my grandmother who was staying at Rotary House since I called so late in the day. HCMF not only made a beautiful arrangement that was exceptionally more stunning and larger than the picture of the bouquet I had found on their site. The person helping order was so helpful and kind with giving me tips with how to make sure Rotary House would get the flowers to the right place. In a situation where most people could’ve added rush fees, delivery fees, or taken advantage, she didn’t. She handled everything with care and integrity, and it meant a lot to me during a difficult time.
