I placed a last minute order for standing flower arrangement for a funeral service on a Sunday, which was difficult to even find a florist that is open on a Sunday. The owner took the time to call me to confirm if a substitute flower for the arrangements would be ok since the hydrangeas might not last in the Texas heat for the 3 days the arrangement was needed for. She was so caring and thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure everything would be taken care of. The flowers were delivered right when the funeral home opened. I was so impressed by her professionalism. Thank you for making such a difficult time for our family handled with ease.
