“Tide does an amazing job on my clothes and I would give 5 stars but I don’t understand why they charge me to bring my clothes in the big orange bag. I bought the bag several years ago when I started using them as my go to dry cleaner. You would think it would make everything easier for them if my clothes came in my bag with a name tag that has all my information. So why the charge? I realize it’s a very small fee but why?“

However, they called me back and explained that the person in charge had a family emergency, and they offered to open later on the day for me to pick up my clothes.“
